Anyone know of this C3?.

Back in the 80's the CCCUK held the Nationals at Beaulieu and one of the nicest examples i saw of a C3 was a red C3,not sure of the year,but it had been very mildly customised in the right way without being too overpowering,one of the distinct things i remember about the car was the owner had added small louvres int the bonnet and also on the front wings just over the wheels.
Anyone know of this car or have photos of it at the 84(i think) nationals or elsewhere?

Someone must know of this vette,it was a well put together car and the louvres were a proffesional job.

Cliff, I think there are a few C3's with louvres added. It wasn't as extreme as a Greenwood C3 is it? Remember getting passed by one on the A1 going North out of the 2005 Nats.

There is also a guy up North who posted very recently on CCCUK having just drag raced. I think his name is TurboVette or something, but he has a silver C3 with louvres in the bonnet. Colour change? I think it's got a whistly thing under the bonnet these days.

Fran this was a very meticulous car and was painted in a ferrari red,restored to perfection and with the addition of a nice set of wheels and the proffesional louvres it sticks in my mind as one of the sexiest C3's ive seen,along with the latest black one of course
