Their are about 140 changes from what i have been told on the UK spec & some changes from the euro spec model.
Normal things are euro radio,Thatcham alarm, Uk lights not euro on euro spec you get headlamp washers you don't on US spec, The big thing is a 3 year warranty & AA cover!
you take you're car to Stratstone & Bauer Millett.
Bauer Millett are excellent in servicing I have always found them to be helpful with a US spec car you can take it to any garage to work on as you do not have any warranty.
And remember any recalls or problems it's down to you to fix!

I'm sure provided you take your euro/UK car to a specialist who uses ALL GM approved parts and consumables, your 3 warranty will be intact under the new block exemption rules.
Recall and foc warranty work will have to be done by official dealers.

-the rear side panel running lights are red on US supplied cars and orange on euros
-speedo runs to 200 units on US, 320 on euros (both switch between mph and kmh)
-US cars have a silver GM badge stuck on the side in front of the rear wheels
-US cars need an aftermarket rear fog light switch whereas euro ones have them built into the light stalk
