Sqealing AC belt

Right I,ve just about had enough of this problem now ! Lots of squealing from the AC belt drive at anything over tickover. I,ve changed the belt, changed both the idle pulley and the pulley on the tensioner but still it squeals. If you take the pressure from the belt when its running it stops ! The only thing not changed on the AC belt is the compressor. Is it likely to be the bearing in this ? Any other thoughts ?
Anyone know the torque settings for these pulleys as I have been told that if they are overtight it can squeal.
