Thank God he didn't get out on the road,anybody who doesn't know when their wheels are spinning or not, LET alone, when combined with the smell of a burning clutch shouldn't be allowed near a car like that.
If you don't know the difference between tyre smoke and clutch you are a prat,they didn't stop him because they recognised a wa**er when they saw one.
