Zetec & TB's 30-35 mpg so 250 miles or so.
x flow & 40's 20-22 mpg so 160 or so

I have a 2L Zetec on 45 Webers, and the 'standard' 7 Gallon tank (approx 30L) and cost is about £42 when I fill up from 'near empty'.

I average about 175 to 200 miles on one tank's worth.

So, that's 27 to 30 MPG average - and I don't tend to drive slowly...

I can get well over 200 miles to the tank if I go light on the loud peddle.

I have neveer checked how much on a full tank but I can get 75 mpg on the motorway if I stick to around 50/60 (in traffic in the slow lane). On the track I get less than 10 mpg.

If I run it down to when it shows empty (but I reckon there is still c5litres left) then I get around 200 miles from a tank, or over 250 if touring. That equates to 26-33 mpg.

might be due to the 1.6 rover engine with no mods or anything. I was surprised how fast it went from using almost no fuel when i drove to my first track day, the the whole tank went in about an hour on track. I thought the tank might have a hole in it ;-)

1.6 Standard K series. Usually get about 220 miles.

As always it depends how fast you drive, on a blat it's less. driving

About 200 miles when not in a hurry. Engine is a Raceline Duratech 220.

Take it on a track and just watch that gauge drop!

When touring I work on a 200 mile range. The most I've managed was 250 miles and obviously on a blat or track it can drop a lot. 1.8 K-Series VVC.

225bhp HPC with injection... 7 gall tank... 160-200miles On track... about 120 so not bad! Also have an M3 which gets 300 from a 10 gall tank at best! So the 7 is fantastic on fuel compared

I've got a Sigma 150 SV and get about 35mpg from it. Always fill after about 200 miles when showing empty but can only get about 23l in it
