Spare Wheel

Hi All,
I am looking on some advice as to where to pick up a spare wheel for my caterham. I have never had a spare wheel but it does have the wheel holder. It has black minilites which I cant seem to find online!

Any ideas/suggestions?

I think I'm stating the obviouls here but buy a silver one and have it refurbed in black.
