Tire sizes?

Hi all,
Looking for a bit of help, I've got a SLR300 with 13" wheels,
Currently have Cr500 tires and the size on the front are 175 55 13,
I'm swooping over to a set of yokohamas ao48, but I've noticed a few people running
185's will 185 60 13's be the way to go and will they fit okay on the wheel?

Yes and yes. But I have read from some that they can be a tight fit under the wing stays (if so, simply 'adjust' them a bit).
