Shift Light Recomendations

I've recently bought a Caterham and collected it yesterday and can't keep the smile off my face!

I'm intending to do some trackday and in previous car I have taken on track they have all had shift lights.

I'm looking for recommendations and experiences on which I should buy and which too avoid.

Currently looking at those advertised on the seven speed site but will welcome any advice.

Car is a Duratec.

Never had an issue with Aces, they are available from CC as well under the CC brand.

Not the cheapest though.

Got the aces shift lights on mine but used to have a omex one on the race car. All much of a muchness I think to be honest.

Ditto. These do the job perfectly, can't see any point in paying more.

I've ordered the DRE lights last night after looking at ACES shift lights as an alternative. With the ACES system it appeared you could recall more data back and there was a light to say you were out of the power band. As I don't plan to race the car I could not see the benefit of this.

Shame you've already ordered. I have two of these for sale after it not working on my car. For some reason my car seems to not play ball like everyone else's.

I was going to suggest the Shift-i from Ecliptech (Australian company). I suppose most any shift light will do the job once properly set up, so it comes down to cost, desirability of any additional features, and personal taste regarding the form factor.

I can only give this my thumbs up, I have one installed and it has been very good. Also it was pretty easy to install, only three wires, but I guess they are all like that.
