what would you want?

This is a bit of research post as much as anything else really, but would be good to hear from 7 and kit car owners.

I have worked as a competition engine builder for the past 4 or 5 years now, one of them heavily involved with the caterham race duratec's before going off to University to study for a degree in motorsport engineering.

I am now finished for the summer and back home and trying to sort out some work for myself over the summer. With commitments already to various race weekends and CV boosting experiences I'm finding it difficult to commit to any "normal" summer jobs. I thought therefore I could possibly call on my previous experiences to work out of my parents garage. I wouldn't have the facilities for a while yet to undertake full rebuilds but smaller scale projects I would be more than capable of. Would things such as component and sub-assembly rebuilds, component preparation and painting etc. be of interest to many of you? My dad's a member of the 7 owners club so I will make sure I get down to a meet and ask around there too.
