I have been on 2 track days and after each the carbon rocker cover bolts have worked loose.

It's not a problem as such as it cosmetic the cover has 2 screws that screw into the top of 2 off the plugs.

After each track day the screws have worked loose.....

What can I do?

Mine did the same - loctite slowed it down but in the end I just left my cover off.

I did end up replacing the screws on mine; washers help, with a thin fibre one on the block side- I've had no problems since.
Rightly or wrongly, I've kept the cover in place as the underlying mess of coil pack wires were the source of problems early in the cars life- yours are the upgraded variety though.
Are you going to Croft on August BH with Bookatrack?
