After a crash this summer

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q-0dlgcmgts

My car looks like this

Thanks to the safety systems in the Caterham I was fine. However the roll over bar has been stressed alot

Have on order a full SLR cage from CC now (along with many other bits) and at the present moment "light in the front" mean something different.smile

Given the roll damage, there seems to be remarkably little damage to the chassis. How much repair wok is there to get it back on the road?

The frame is damaged (twisted) and need a new front. Have ordered a long front and many more bits....

But since I'm at it there will be more upgrades to come. Stay tuned, Dave Andrews is contacted.....

Ouch indeed. That was poor driving all round by the Elise driver. Good to see the roll bar do its job thumbup

You reckon those new smaller front wheels will help avoid contact next time? laughboxedin

Looking at a few of your videos... that racing looks pretty "interesting"... some of the lines are certainly not textbook...

Looks like it's basically Run What You Brung racing... with some questionable abilities!... ah well, it's all racing and so fine by me biggrin
