hi all.was there a standard diff caterham put in the supersport k?
i am fairly sure i have an lsd in it as when i lock the input shaft (prop end) the rear wheels will not turn. and if i turm one wheel with input flange un loaded then both wheels turn the same way.
but the diff is a 7" ford type with push in shaft fitment, and as far as im aware the only ford diffs with an lsd were bolt on shaft type?
basically what im wanting to do is change the ratio of my current setup to lower the gearing for my hayabusa install! but keep the lsd function. any way to do this with current push in shaft diff? cheers

This will give you the diff type

Caterham don't use the Ford LSD - they will be 'after market' as per the link.

To change the diff ratio you only need to change the crown wheel and pinion - the LSD mechanism remains. I guess you are looking for a 3.38 or even a 3.14. Have a word with Phil at Road & Race transmissions.
