1.6 K series exhaust question

Hi everyone I'm new to the forum and own a 1.6 k series uprated to 140 hp. The exhaust runs all the way to the rear of the car which I don't particularly like and I would like to install a side exit system. What are the potential weight savings of switching to a side exit exhaust? Any power gains? Thanks for any input, I've searched the internet like crazy but to no avail.

Here's some not particularly useful thoughts...

Weight loss, dunno 10ish kg?
Power - on my kR500 on a power dyno run, the rear exit box stole 8bhp from the 231 it got with the side exit exhaust.
