Race suits

Just been having a mooch on the net for race suits. There are quite a few copies of the top 5 team suits FIA approved for kart use including Lotus. Just wondered has anyone ever seen F1 style suits for caterham. After all we all need one for those track days

Buying at Caterham F1 livery race suit is much like buying a Caterham F1 livery R500 with plaques signed by the drivers.

Just a year later and not only is the colour is different, but people really have to stretch their memories to recall the names of the drivers.

Perhaps but there will still be R500s and even R600s and even 125 roadsports with F1 paint jobs on them. I dont have a caterham any more but just love the Caterham F1 suits. Wish someone was producing them, i would have to have one as i already have the padock shirt and hat from when i had my 150roadsport
A track day in a caterham with a F1 style race suit or some bright red and black jobie, i know what i would pick. I am sure there others with these cars that would get one if they were available

Demon Tweeks do a Caterham branded one I believe. It is not the full F1 suit mind but still looks good.

Thanks Arnie, but at the end of the day it's still a limited edition, and a rare one at that, I know they change drivers but who cares, at least mine was driven by some real f1 drivers around the Jerez track with photos to go with it too!

I still think it adds lots of provenance to my car, so I am happy!

And the reason it took me a wile to spot it was because it was not even a thread I was connected or commenting on!

I am sure there are loads more threads out there where people have made similar comments that I have not spotted yet too!

There is someone on ebay selling "Carteham Style" F1 race suits. They look good but only kart spec not nomex. Still look good tho

Yes postage is stupid and with Royal Mail. He wants locking up. Suit is still nice tho.
Bout time someone started importing some race shoes at a good price as we all have to wear them in a Caterham. Mmmm green and yellow with Caterham embroidery would be nice

Now then you have to have some fun, you will only see the back of it coz you have to remember i will be in the Atom hehehehehehe and we all know you are a wanabee F1 driver hehe.
Will have a run up there when the weather picks up

Goose bumbs on my goose bumps. Just repainted it in Gulf colours and puting it back together now. Will see you all up there when summer comes
