Help rev counter needle

The rev counter needle has broken away from the mount on my Stack instrumented r400. Not an issue in normal use but may cause issues at trackdays. Any thoughts on solutions other than sending to Stack?
and anyone know what revs the shift lights correspond to...

Send it back to Stack who will say "that never happens sir" despite it having happened to me and several other people I know! If you are lucky they will repair FOC but more likely they will charge you £160 or so :-(
They have to take the glass off to do it and then reseal.
