15 wheels and wide track ?
Discussion
Apologies for what might seem like a stupid question, but i'm new to Caterham and new to this forum.
On the Order form for a Caterham, it states that 15" wheels option must be accompanied by Superlight suspension - why is this ? Is it for clearance between the wheel and suspension ?
Expert advice greatly appreciated .

The 15" wheel and tyre combination (195/45-15) is actually slightly smaller in diameter than the standard 14" wheel and tyre combination (185/60-14).
The ride height would drop by a nominal 10mm.
To compensate for this, the only bit of the "supersport" suspension that you need is the adjustable spring platforms.
