Appreciate they're not local to you but you could send the exhaust to JP Exhausts in Macclesfield for repair. They are very good value with tremendous workmanship - they've been around for many years and really know their stuff. Jim Parker is the chap you need to speak to.

Thanks for your replies. Also found Infinity Exhausts near Chipping Sodbury a bit closer to me, anybody here used them?

Depends what you need, but Neil Garner in Kemble May be able to help and they know Caterhams well.
