I know this has been covered ,but we have a few issues that im hoping can be cleared up , Right We have an early Emerald m3dk ECU an 1.8 mgf engine and a new caterham R500 flywheel . The Emerald came configured to a 36/2 flywheel we changed it to 36/4 rover type 2 got fuel in it and no start. appears to fire but at the wrong time ,tried different patterns from 110deg 180deg and 245 deg no start all the time with different backfire from exhaust or inlet its got sparks, the green light shows bright and steady . Any suggestions . Im thinking that it may be the ECU , Weve even tried changing the polarity of crank sensor wires at the sensor . . Its wired with two injectors banked and we have tried with and without cam sensor . The EU3 injector and ignition loom has been opened up and wired into mems 2 plug of the Emerald ECU . HELP!

Timimg marks on the flywheel are in a different place. You need to work out the offset. Assume its wasted spark?
