...but, a Caterham bike rack, anyone got one?

I've seen a few snaps of them in my time.

This is what I have. (got the sparewheel bracket)
You can't see the connecting bar I had between the seatpost and the Rollbar.
Pretty sturdy.

Nice. Seen a few where they are mounted as it you tried to ride over the car from the back. So parallel with the roll bar boot supports.

Saw a version on eBay a while ago, never sure if it sold.

Bookmarked as they say.
I do the odd triathlon and wondered if it's possible to fix a bike rack to a 7

I believe there was a thread many moons ago on here. The one I liked as described above was capable of two bikes.

I made one last year, but sadly my mountain bike got nicked before I had a chance to find out if it worked. frown

There's a few photos on my blog if you're interested. Planning to get a new bike soon, so will need to dig out the rack again and see how it looks. I suspect it'll need a couple of additional steel braces to keep it completely solid.

Roughly how far do you have to space it off the bars to get over the rear boot lid out of interest? I've a normal boot lid with hood sticks.

Depends where you mount the lower clamps on the roll bar - mine are raised about 15cm.
