tyre pressures on 13 inch minilites

Can someone please tell the optimum cold tyre pressures for road use on my VX HPC
I'm running 205/60/13 86V and 185/60/13 80V Toyos R888 on 13 inch Minlites

Ok so i tried these pressure yesterday which were ok but i just wondered if i inflated them a bit more by say 2-3psi would that make the turn in feel sharper at lower speeds -im talking about 40-70 mph on the twisty stuff
Also why is it necessary to have the rears slightly higher than the front -i thought the weight distribution was 50/50 and surely with a VX lump more weight is up front -BTW im only weighing in a 67 Kg .

It is a personal thing, so feel free to experiment with tyre pressures, but you won't go far wrong starting with those suggested.
