OK,
I have a pair of sill protectors in CF.
but witht he cage fitted already tehy are too long due to the cage feet sitting on the sill.

Can I cut CF to get a nice finish or will it always break up at thte edge?
I was thinking a hacksaw then a dremmel to smooth it off..
any better methods or am I just onto a looser with this

I was planning on doing this outside whilst wearing a mask as i read a few times the dust is realy not nice to your lungs.

cheers

Take it slowly, finest (I mean, most teeth!) blade you can find. You'll be fine. Wet or dry for the final touch.

The resin isn't the greatest stuff to get in your lungs, but the carbon is much less a hazard than plain old glass fibre.
