Emissions fail

Hi all,

just wondering what might be the issue... over fueling ??
VX2.0 on QED 40 DHTB's
test at idle, no CAT needed.


CO Tested 5,74% allowed 4.5%
HC Tested 116 allowed 1000
Co2 Tested 7.2% allowed no limit, 10% to 16% is normal apparently (?)
O2 Tested 6,85% allowed 5%

put a rag over the end of the exhaust to lower O2 but then the CO went through the roof.

Try a tad more advance... You have free oxygen and unburnt hydrocarbons in the exhaust.
