I fitting an Aluminium Tonneau and boot cover and have ordered up all the bits. The two rear brackets are seem straight forward but the front dash mount seems a bit vague. The part Caterham have supplied is a curved tube with tabs that clearly attach to the dash, but how does it hold the tonneau? Anyone got any experience of fitting one?

it just helps support the tonneau at the front. So the tonneau slides between that and the underside of the scuttle.

Best way to get the position is to fit the tonneau and then mark the holes to be drilled in the dash front underneath. Don't make it too tight

Thanks - that makes sense. I wasn't sure whether if I was missing something but is seems it is simply a support to hold it in place.
