2010 Superlight

Hi all,

Might be a stupid question, but is a 2010 Superlight 210bhp the same as an R400. Have Caterham dropped the R400 part of the name or are they slightly different specs ?

The one I am referring to is Pistachio Green on the Caterham preowned cars site.

Good question! It's defo not an R400 as it has the 5 speed box.

No, believe they were 150bhp Sigma cars. Similar to the current Supersport.

Only a guess but I suspect this started life as a Supersport R, or even a R300 as they where first called, and upgraded to the Superlight R400 spec (albeit with a 5 speed box)
