Sump gasket mod

I am due to do an oil change and want to do the "sump gasket mod"... The question is 2 or 4, 10mm holes?

I have seen both which one is the go to choice?

Think I did 2x 10mm holes. Here's the original image of it.

That is my original image I think. I now use 4 holes around the bolt boss, just don't make the. Too close or the gasket may tear.

I gather that the other two holes will be left to those in the picture...

The holes should be grouped near the two shown as this encourages oil drain immediately near the oil pickup.
