This is not an advert; just an appreciation of good customer service:

Recently I tried to buy a new radiator for my R300K S3 and, as usual, Caterham were out of stock and so were Demon Tweeks & Radtec. Faced with being unable to drive my car I got lucky when I went to Stoneleigh and met Steve Parker from Coolex Heat Transfer - 0115 942 3344 www.coolexperts.co.uk

I sent him my old leaking rad and from that he made me a far superior rad within a few days and got me back on the road. They have now decided to produce them as an on-going part due to the lack of choice/availability. He has sent me this:

"We are building some radiators as we speak and will be offer the following to the forum members:
Exchange recored radiator £190.00 inclusive. plus deposit for old radiator £25.00 refunded on return.
Brand new welded radiator (same as yours) £225.00 inclusive less refund of £15.00 for old radiator if returned. Etch primed and painted black £15.00. Shipping to UK lowland £15.00 (not highland or islands)."

I actually was email with them last week and he said.. "oh we are doing another caterham rad at the moment"
I asked for a photo of the one they are producing so i can compare it against mine.. as Im not 100% sure all the rads had the same pipe locations... (not being UK posting mine back isnt realy do-able)
heard nothing back.
