1990 Caterham - forged top arms on the front suspension. It's the older single wishbone set up.
Are the top arms still available or at the very least, the rubber cap that covers the ball joint?
Can't see anything on the Caterham web site.
Thanks

CCC do have a right arm listed in stock - I´d be tempted to give them a call as iirrc they often have a heap of stuff not listed or listed as out of stock..

Left arm out of stock:

First port of call though for the older model stuff as I mentioned above - Redline smile

Cheers
I've found a supplier of the rubber boots which I'll try first but I'll "bookmark" Redline.
Their web site parts list isn't very explicit but I read into it that they stock or can get most older bits. I assume the forged top link is a Lotus only part rather than nicked off a major manufacturer. Can you refurb the ball joint?

Correct, the website is not very informative - all that info is inside the head of Mick...!!

I´m pretty sure the cruciform top link is a Ford Anglia tracking arm, and no I don´t think you can refub it, at least not very easily...
Caterham did (do?) upgrade kits where you convert the top arm to a more modern wishbone style - a very worthwhile upgrade imo...

ETA: Can´t seem to find the upgrade on the CC website any more - they did have it a couple of years ago.... Bets give Darren in parts a buzz to find out smile
Here´s a little info on it: http://www.our-nest.co.uk/Caterham/html_files/2003...
