R500 EVO Test drive

On a R500 Evo engine (2004) what temperatures should the water, oil get to? What temperature should the fan kick in? How long on tick over should it take to get water up to temperature?

There was a page somewhere on the net until quite recently with the 'notes' from |Minister regarding \R500K engines-I have seen it since April as thats how long I have had my car.
Mine comes up to water temp pretty quickly and the fan cuts in around 85 its the oil temp that takes a lot longer and I dont rreally let mine idle but try and run it asap at low revs or give it 2/2.5k to get the oil going round. Never go above 4k revs on the road until its over 50 oil temp
