Just having a look at the caterham website, as I do probably on a weekly basis, contemplating the 420 that might be obtainable next year and am I right in thinking prices for new cars have just taken a large jump?

According to my calculations the price of my 420r ordered last year has risen by about £1000. Whereas before you had a base price and then added a “s” or “r” pack as required, these options are now quoted as starting prices and this starting price appears to account for the overall £1000 increase, the rest of the options, certainly in my case, are the same prices as before.
