manual cooling fan overide switch

I'm fitting one of these to my 21, I've found the alcester site diagram for it.
I'd like a switch that includes an LED but where the LED will be on when the fan is running whether that be via the rad thermo switch or the manual switch (so the manual switch could be off but the LED on). It would be neater than having a switch and a separate led.
Does such a thing exist and does anyone have one?
