Spark plugs for 200bhp K series

Hi all

On the winter jobs list is the replacement of the spark plugs. What is the recommended plug for a 1.8 K series, DVA fettled to 200bhp? Also what is the recommended plug gap please?

Car is used predominately on track.

NGK BCPR7ES should do the trick, if these show any signs of overheating then BCPR8ES.

Thanks Dave, appreciate the response. It looks like the higher spec NGK are no longer made so I’ll try the others recommended.

Re my delayed response, been laid up with covid so this slipped down my priority list. Thank you for the reminder tho!!!
