SVA for Academy cars

If anyone has SVA'd their academy 07 car, what date did you put in for the engine manufacture, and did you have to have any docuemtnation to prove it ?

I got Caterham to do mine, but I am sure a similar post on www.roadsports.co.uk will get you the correct answer.

IIRC I put down the date of delivery of the kit. But a quick call to Caterham will confirm
