Silverstone 9th & 10th aug - Academy

I am thinking of attending silverstone on the 9th or 10th of Aug for the academy racing. Do both days have the same agenda?

Which day would be best, to speak with teams, to gain a greater understanding of caterham racing, or does it not matter?

Either day would be fine. But Sunday maybe better if you want to chat to teams etc. as it will be a slightly more relaxed day.
