A LOST AND VALUED CONTACT

AS BRAND NEW MEMBER OF PISTON HEADS I WAS HOPING FOR SOME HELP AND ADVICE IN CONTACTING A CHAP NAMED RICHARD WHO BOUGHT A CATERHAM 7 FROM ME BACK IN 2005 .REG L4HPC. THIS MAY NOT BE ALLOWED .I CURRENTLY RUN A LOTUS ESPRIT S4 BOUGHT WITH THE PROCEEDS OF SAID 7 AND WOULD DEARLY LIKE TO KNOW HOW BOTH RICHARD AND 7 ARE DOING.

There have been no references to L4HPC on blatchat since 2002 (Ringwood area?). The car was reregistered on 1 Dec 2008 for 12 months and is Green. Other than that, nothing on Google.

Hi David, Its Richard, Know this a little late but only found your post when googling my own car... I hope you still check this every now and then as would be good to chat. The 7 is in fine fettle and just about to come out to play for summer, Have kept her in outstanding condition since 2005, spending 8k on the engine in upgrades only just after buying it, never had any problems was just after a strong and completley bomb proof engine. Which it has proved to be! You tube "Caterham 7 hpc cadwell park" By Rick7hpc, to see your old baby going round with gusto! Also upgraded the suspension, brakes, diff,6 speed gearbox,dry sump,ect ect.... So she is simply epic, have the suspension set up perfectly and she handles exactly how i want. was a dyno'd 180bhp when purchased and is a good 230bhp now.. so if you thought she went before.. she revs to 9k now and loves it! So am quite happy with her.. and cant believe its been 8 years! Did you get an Esprit v8? Any good? Found out what Lotus stands for...? Hope to hear from you,
