Anyone know where I can get an R300 or R400 duratec.
One of your Caterham buddies has persuaded me to change my 911 for a caterham.
Been to Caterham Midlands and was very impressed. Drove an R300 and an amazing R500. Decided R500 was to track orientated so no after an R300 or R400 duratec but just can't find one.
Help!

There were 2 on sale here last week. I bought one, and another chap I was in contact with bought the other.

There was another for sale a few weeks before.

They're pretty rare. Think you'll just have to be patient.

Good luck

Hi Huw,
So the bug really has bitten now!!! Looks like You had a good time at CC Midlands!! You just got to check the classifieds every day now , CC and PH classifieds are probably the best places to find one, I'll check Blatchat for sale section and let You know if anything comes up!!

When You drive one...You'll buy one!!!!biggrin

Good Luck!

Thanks EVS. I drove 2! R300 and R500 Duratecs. Decided R500 too much as I approached a corner at a rather high speed without realising it was a corner!! Good brakes!!
R500 reminded me of the power band on my old two stroke yamaha - exciting but a bit dangerous in the wrong hands!

Deposit paid on it - viewing Wednesday next week. All being well, which I fully expect it to be, given my chats with the owner, I will become its new keeper.

Yippee for me, and sorry if hopes were raised for the OP.
