Best bet for £25-30K for a tall driver and a little touring?

I'm 6'3" and found that a CSR with the std dash rather than the modular one gave the most amount of leg room.
+1I am 6'5" and test drove (at Caterham South) on Saturday a CSR with the std dash. It provided enough space and was very impressive...
An SV for sure will suit your height, it just depends from there which model best suits your needs.
Lowered floors can be retro-fitted too, which if you are long in the body can drop you a little lower taking you out of the wind blast.
I see a CSR in my future, am still buzzing from the test drive
