Is it possible to get an after-market CD player to work with the steering control and top display on an 01 Astra?

I would of thought so but dont quote me on it, just call a proper audio shop and ask

i got a lead that just connects at the back of my sony (cdx600) which makes it compatable with my steerin wheel(halfords £15)
