Any omega 3.0 experts?

Basically I bought an Elite a whikle back and shortly afterwoulds the head gaskets went pop (suprise suprise!) I started a rebuild, even using the saab pistons and rods, but amongst all this some pikeys kindly came and stole anything looking alloy out of my little lock up... Now (apart from the heads) I don't know whats missing. I could probably find some saab items, but again, dont know what little bits I'd be missing too... Who's a super expert on these badboys then?!
