Black Ops - Cheats?

Ok,
Yesterday I got 30 mins on Black Ops - the guy who killed me three times had a mini-gun - No, I am not kidding. WTF??!?!?! Is that possible? Or was this guy seriously cheating?
Then, I've had a few aimbotters on there (on their screen my flashbang works and they are blind yet they aim straight at me and get a headshot!). Even had a couple shoot me though a wall with headshots from half a map away..
Annoying that there are cheats on this, but I must say there seem to be far fewer than on MW2.

What is a death machine and how does someone start a team deathmatch game with it?!?!? The firing blind was no accident - he knew I had rolled onto the floor, and immediately shot me in the head - completely blind. He only started firing once I leapt into the room too - I threw the flash round the corner.

Regarding cheating and aim bots etc, i feel myself having to agree somewhat on that. I have played it long enough to know the score and how things work etc and recently i have found odd people to be able to shoot me through walls, follow me when i spawn and generally 'seem' to be cheating. (I could be wrong though)

I have shot a lot of people through walls. There are places where you can shoot through a wall where you can aim at an exact point where a window or popular point is, and it can get you a kill. More often though, if you just catch sight of an enemy as they run into a room, you can pop a few bullets through the adjacent wall and most of the time you get the kill. Then there is the obvious one of somebody sitting in a corner, if you know which corner they are in then that is quite straightforward. If someone is tight against a wall, you can often see bits of the poking through, like an arsecheek or a knee. That can also give your position away to someone behind a wall... which is the reason why I always give myself a little room if I know someone could see me from the other side.
Firing blind is also a lottery, but if you know where the enemy is coming from relative to your position, you can spin and fire in their general direction. Its awesome when it works and you kill the guy running in, you just know they will be majorly pissed.

Probably legit. AFAIK the Death machine is only obtainable through a care package.
Ended up in a hacked game last night. Five seconds into the TDM attack dogs came at us. Found the culprit. Emptied an entire Galil clip into him at point blank with no effect.
Not to mention stupid Youtube URL's flashing all over the screen.

I do! Honest guv You know that if you feel hard done by in a game then once back in the lobby you can back out and then go to theatre mode? You can then watch the match back from the view point of any of the other players, or indeed using a floating camera. So why not try watching back from the POV of the alleged culprit so you can see what they were doing and you can verify if they cheated or not.
If they did cheat then report them, because then the game makers can review his game too, and if they agree then they can take action.

(PS, to get to theatre mode, back out to the main multiplayer menu and then go to 'change lobby or game mode' or whatever it is, and instead of choosing multiplayer, choose theatre. (Same menu where you can choose combat training.)

I get really P1SSED off by the lag at times. I often vent at the other team for being a bunch of cheating w*nkers only to have to say sorry as it was just down to lag. Think that can also exsplane the shooting through walls thing. you move behind that wall but the player has already shot you as you are moving. makes it look like the bullets have gone through the wall but infact you are already dead. again this is very infuriating.Oh and dont forget that like in MW2 bullets can travel through some walls but they have less power. I have had many many kills when i have either hit the deck or moved and carried on shooting through objects to get kills.

Yes, I always allow for lag as well - as I get it a lot.... Quite often on my screen I see the other bloke running so I shoot him and get loads of hits, yet on the kill cam he's stopped, shot and killed me before I've opened fire.....I play Black Op's a fair amount & have tbh that this game has the least amount of cheaters so far.
I can take being beaten by someone who is better & quicker than me.
But there sometimes is just bulls

My theory on the matter is they have a modded controller, i play with a "fast class" sometimes, lightweight, marathon pro, sleight of hand pro etc, with a MPL & rapid fire & they seem to move / shoot still faster than me.
Apparently you can get the modded controllers on Ebay.
Nothing to do except make them an voided plyaer & report them for cheating.
