Pistonheads Weekly Time Trial Comps

Each week i'll post up a track and a class you have to use. Post your time up and a replay to your storefront if its not on the leaderboard 100 and the winner will recieve either a cash prize or a nice shiny car.

So all I need is your GT, time and car information. You can update it right to the end of the week.

The Nissan gtr has such a record for setting the fastest production time around the ring....now it's your turn. Rule is simple. Take a standard Nissan gtr around the ring. Post your replay to your storefront and post your time here.

The second challenge is optional but awards a 5 million bonus.

The current production car record is held by the corvette zr1. Like the gtr challenge take the standard car but you are allowed the following upgrades:

Sport tires
Anti roll bars
Diff
Race suspension

You may then alter any setting you like. Again save a replay and pop your time on here.

had a quick go last night - realised my tunes for this are absolute garbage....leaderboard tunes are the way to go...

Looked at leaderboard and grabbed car from that and immediately went over 2 secs quicker... can't hook a fully decent lap up at the minute so will be on again later

You've just pipped my time at the minute Dan - guessing you used a leaderboard tune?? Which one did you pick - I went for the free one... maybe I should spend some on the others to see if they're any better...

Might try the IS350 too looking at Alan's time

Ignore my time mate. That was in a Tuning and Time trial competition (Which gave me the idea to start one here as i knew the track and sure that some of you will beat the times that others put in). I tuned and drove an IS350, Alan took it around there too My best was a 1:14.3 and Alan got a 1:13.6 if i remember rightly in the IS350. The Fairlady I set my 1:14.147 in was a tune entered by another competator of the tuning comp for the Time trial there. Complicated!

Im not entering this so my time's do not make a difference. I will always run a few goes to see what times come out.

The Fairlady?. Yes after the event I loved the car so much I asked him to send me the tune and I have it. Not tried the revised version of it but it currently has about 6 out of the top 10 places if im correct including 1st to 3rd.

Any car at all with anything done to it aslong as it is A class.

I couldn't get out of the 17s either, but that was in a GT3RS I had sitting around. I'll buy a tune and try a leaderboard car and see what happens.
