FIFA 11 Bug?

It seems recently that no matter what result I get in an online head to head match (e.g 3-0 win as Scotland over Spain), I get -40 points for the 'final result'

It means even when I winning, I'm losing rating points...

Are you playing new players? I've never played FIFA 11 before, but most of these 'points' systems I've seen can end up with high-score players losing points even when winning, if playing someone with a sufficiently low score.

Nope, the system matches you up with players on similar points.
