I pre-ordered it last year, so not long to go. If it's only 50% as good as Deus Ex 1 I'll be very satisfied. I just hope to god it doesn't turn out like Invisible War. What an abortion of a sequel.

Ditto, looking forward to this - the game was 'leaked' onto Torrent sites a while back in beta state, and reactions were very positive.

PC Gamer gave it 94%, but I don't believe anything those shisters say, DA2 review being a recent example of their bullst.

The first Deus Ex, wow - what a game! It would look and feel dated if I went back to play it now, but when I played that first time around it was unbelievable. It was one of a super rare breed of games where everything just feels designed to perfection. The look, the music, the weapons, the locations, all of it.

Thinking back, the depth of the gameplay was years ahead of it's time, most current day FPS games are not as ambitious or inventive!

Yup - I also have it on pre-order and am looking forward to it. I never played the original but did clock up a few hours on Invisible War. The new one looks good and should offer a load of gaming time...and then Oblivion is out in November!
