It's pretty dull to watch...

Shame GT5 couldn't have produced a new track for the game owners to race on.

Wouldn't mind giving this a bash when I get home tonight. Any ideas what tyres they are using in the game? Arcade mode?

If this last bloke doesn't put in this last lap I'd blame it entirely on the legcock putting him off constantly for the last 3 minutes!!

I'm cringing horribly every time I hear Legarde use the word "Gamer". Still, a good time by DC, especially in the damp.

The SLS is fast! (Or The Stig is slow).

1.16:3. That is quicker than the Veyron SS.

Mildly moist? hehe

So will this be a seasonal event on the game for a while now?

Flying laps. No real correlation with TG leaderboard times.

What was DCs first lap time (standing start), about 1.18 wasn't it?

I do believe that we can try to beat the time in GT5 once the event is over!

It now says you'll be able to watch it on demand at the same link a bit later so check back in an hour or so and you should be able to watch all of it smile

I think it was a 1:23 or something.
DC was cutting alot of the corners though. You can't do his racing line in GT5.

I noticed that too, the cut on the centre section is a big chunk of time and i'm sure you can't do that without being disqualified.

Did he cut corners on the fastest laps though? Towards the end, he was clipping Hammerhead and the first part of Follow Through (Bentley?) but by then the tyres were done, the brakes were off, the track was getting damp,(insert racing driver excuse here)… biggrin
