PSN password update

So I have not played online for a little while so when I turned on ps3 to play- it needed an update. After update it asked for my password again. As I normally have this saved I could not remember it.


So go to the page to reset password but it seems 'under maintenance'. It's been like this for a few days...


Anything I can do apart from wait....

Do you have the password on for the whole PS3 or just for the account? If it's for the PS3, nothing you can do. If it's for the account, scroll to the left and create a new user, then update.
