Xbox live points

I am after some Xbox live points, has anybody seen any websites which have them cheap.

I tend to find that Microsoft themselves are the cheapest. The exchange rate for Microsoft points from Microsoft is 85p per 100 points. They just happen to sell them in odd denominations. If anywhere else online is more than that walk away.

I get my yearly subsciprtion for xbox live from there for about £31.99 and they sell codes too.


It seems dubious but it is a good site. they email you the code! Payment via paypal!

I'd agree with the poster above. I've used that site for over 2 years and even ordered at 10pm on Christmas eve and still had the code emailed within 15 minutes. Very good service and good communication should you have any issues.
Just make sure you order via Paypal and not a card through Paypal if that makes sense as he doesn't accept it any other way.

Just wondering, are you after more car packs for FM3? It would be cheaper to go and buy Forza 3 Ultimate as it has all of them in it for about £12.99

No, I just want to buy some game and DLC for other games like Dirt 3

I don’t want to buy off Microsoft as I don’t trust them after what happened when PlayStation got hacked.

I had a look at cheapxboxlivecodes.com/ and they want £16.69 for 2100 points and Play has 2100 points for £14.99 at the moment.

Couple of the supermarkets are doing deals with points at the moment, Gears of War 3 and 2100 points at Morrisons is about £45, so quite good if you're after Gears anyway.

But you are fine trusting your card details to a random website recommended on here, rather than a company that historically (in the timeframe of Xbox) knows its the number one target, and designs and builds its systems accordingly? Hokey dokey.

I have used play a lot in the past, but wanted to see if there was somewhere cheaper.

i usually get 10% codes from zavvi (via their monthly email spams) and tend to order from there - they arent doing anything special at the moment but with 10% off their std price its currently £14.27 for 2100 points (free delivery).
- about the only thing zavvi good for..

Nothing, but Playstation got hacked a while back and they lost peoples card details, which is why I dont want to put my card details on xbox incase the same thing happened.

It's completely different though, PSN stores all your details online for quick access to everything. In this case you'd be buying something from Microsoft, much like you would on any other website...
