How many games do you buy/play/complete a year?

I tend to buy two full price titles a yr and used to pick up some 2nd hand. One of those is usually a COD and so i was having the internal debate BF3 orMW3 when i realised that ive pretty much only played 2 games this year. BlackOps (where i havent prestiged) and GT 5. I get about 6~8 gaming hrs a week, but the realisation that i havent finished two games in a yr is making me consider any further purchases (BF3 F1 2011 LOTR: War in t north) until im thoroughly bored with others and wont 'waste' them by moving onto something new. How many games do you buy/play/complete and what are your purchasing criteria?

I tend to buy things that interest me, so the next couple of months are awful, a lot of money to be spent on,
Bf3, Halo anniversary, f1 2011, forza 4, fifa 12, skyrim.


Where as I have not bought this year until two days ago with f1!

A lot of it is dependant on the titles. I am a bit boring really, do not tend to stray from sequels/prequels of the above, with one or two exceptions, but I get them 2nd hand! EG: Indiana Jones Lego!

this calander year is blackops and deus ex so far

next mw3 and skyrim that should be me sorted for the next year tbh

Buy ? 4 or 5.
Play ? maybe 10 or 11.
Complete ? 9 or 10.

Very few, last one I got on release day was f1 2010. Will get either Forza 4 or Battlefield this year.

The rest I stick on my Amazon wish list and wait for the price to come down. Might end up playing last years games but doesn't bother me. Picked up Red Dead Redemption for a tenner a few months ago.
Complete a couple per year, either play to completion or I flog them straight away, I hated Black Ops so that went straight on eBay.
