Hi

Id like to buy a racing seat and wheel / pedal set up with gearchange. can anyone recomend the best. Actually the best value for money not neccessarily the priciest best!

You can't really go wrong with a Logitech G25, although GT5 on PS3 doesn't support the full manual shift (as far as I can work out) so you have to use the paddles.

You can use the shifter, but you have to push Triangle at the start of every race, or something mad like that.

The 2.0 patch (later this month) should fix that, though.

My manual box works fine with the clutch and gearstick on GT5

Did you have to change any settings?

btw I should have mentioned to the OP, it has now been replaced by the G27

Ah, the gearbox and clutch are working. I just assumed they'd need to be 'set-up' and hadn't got round to it. I think I prefer using the paddles though as the quality of the 'box aint too good.
