Hi,

I've been trying to use iPlayer on my PS3 recently, but am struggling to get it to work.

The icon for it dissappeared from the menu when I did the last software update, and according to what I've found on the internet, it should be relatively simple to add it back on. However, it doesn't appear to work.

Additionally, if I access iPlayer via the web browser I can nabvigate around, but not play any programmes.

Has anyone got any ideas how I can fix this?!

Thanks

I had the same problem as you, the last time I updated, I lost all the on-demand buttons.

They were supposed to appear in the TV/video bit but never did.

What worked for me, as suggested by the interwebz, was to log into Home - whilst in, I bought up the interface and they had appeared.

Have you tried this?

I think I'm being a bit thick - when you say log into home, what exactly do you mean?

When I turn it on and it goes to the basic menu, it auto logs my into PSN. What next?

Thanks

When you boot up, go to the Playstation network icon, and scroll down - you should find the Playstation home icon. Click on it and follow the instructions. It will probably update - once your in, the icons for iPlayer should all hopefully appear. Found all this on the net so hopefully should work for you.

Home is like a social network/gaming thing, ive never actually used it to do anything.
