Do people not know that many shops have a machine to put things back into plastic wrap?

Look a little closer and you will see the Nintendo foil tear strip in the packaging. Still think its a daft amount to pay.

I could understand if it was a rare limited edition or something, but it just looks like a standard sealed game? And the first thing that appears on the page is many used copies of the game from £0.99. A bit of a difference between opened and sealed!

Definitely - but have a look how much a standard 70's Luke Skywalker in, then find one sealed the the first UK release card. Huge price differential.

I have never collected sealed games (I'd want to play them) but people clearly do - probably the generation who are now just getting into middle management jobs with a high disposable income. They don't want to buy antiques like our parents did!

The price of boxed and complete SNES games has shot up in recent years. Still regret the day I traded my mint copies of Secret of Mana, Super Metroid, Zelda 3 etc for Playstation games......
