right thought i might as well make a a championship after many hours of thinking about it i think a multi class on small tracks in rally replicas so here are the classes

b class fwd vs rwd stock tyres no engine swaps.
a class 4wd hatches street tyres no engine swaps only single turbos
s class saloons 4wd sport tyres only single turbos

cars must have some form of paint job

so tell me what you think

campio will probly start after endurance wednesdays ends..

There's several champs running/in the pipe line so you may have to wait a little bit.

Also, it's Monday morning, give people a chance to see the thread! I don't think I'll be taking part in that, only because I probably won't be able to commit... Sounds interesting though!

Give us a list of cars you would like to see built for the champ, Citroen C4s, Ford Focus'?

How about doing the Rally reps through the ages, RWD oldies, Group B legends and modern day WRC stuff?

Although I don't think the C4 has an AWD conversion, making it useless as a WRC car, plenty of others to choose from though, does the DS3 have an AWD option?

Sweet, so then if you say the modern WRC stuff must be 4wd, you could go back to the late nineties with the Scooby 22b, Evo VI onwards

Then the Group Bs are fairly obvious but would they include the S1 Quattro, the DLC race version?

And then any FWD Hatch under a weight limit against the oldskool RWD lot but there aren't many of those

It sounds good, would you have all the classes on the track at the same time?

im thinking the s1 wouldent be in the campio but i suppose you could use the road car i think all the cars should have road tyres too 90's cars would be good fun maybe i wont have it as a multi class race but each persone build's a car for each class then we have a short race ever day of the week what would you guys think bout that?

I would absolutely love a silly 4WD championship, Rallycross spec so say 650 BHP is Ken Block wannabe Fiesta, Scooby, Evo, C4s etc, on tight silly reverse tracks etc, Gymkhana style - Chavey? Most definitely! But fun.

yes Road tyres would be good as it would limit grip and hopefully simulate a bit more like we were driving on a loose surface

I believe it's possible to add in grip penalties in custom lobbies anyway, so you can literally take friction down to "entire track is ice and non-stick-frying-pan teflon" levels if you so wish.
